between RaqiMed and Medical Specialist
DOCTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: [21.05.2026]
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the cooperation between:
1. Platform Operator
RaqiMed LLC
A company organized under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, operating the international medical marketplace platform RaqiMed
(hereinafter — “Platform”, “RaqiMed”, or “Company”)
and
2. Medical Specialist
Any licensed physician, healthcare professional, consultant, or medical expert registered on the Platform
(hereinafter — “Doctor” or “Medical Specialist”).
By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, the Doctor confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM
1.1. RaqiMed is an international digital medical marketplace and technology platform that facilitates communication between patients and independent healthcare professionals.
1.2. RaqiMed is not a medical organization, hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider unless explicitly stated otherwise under applicable law.
1.3. The Doctor independently provides medical consultations and professional healthcare services to patients through the Platform.
1.4. RaqiMed acts solely as:
a technology intermediary,
scheduling and communication platform,
payment processing facilitator,
informational marketplace service.
1.5. Nothing in this Agreement creates:
employment relations,
partnership,
agency,
labor relations,
exclusive cooperation,
between RaqiMed and the Doctor.
2. ELIGIBILITY OF THE DOCTOR
2.1. The Doctor confirms that they:
are legally authorized to practice medicine;
possess valid diplomas, licenses, certificates, accreditation, or other required documents;
comply with the laws of the country where they provide medical services;
maintain all necessary professional qualifications during the entire cooperation period.
2.2. Doctors from the Russian Federation confirm compliance with:
applicable Russian medical legislation,
telemedicine regulations of the Russian Federation,
licensing and accreditation requirements.
2.3. The Doctor bears sole responsibility for legality of their medical practice.
2.4. The Platform may request verification documents at any time.
2.5. Failure to provide valid documents may result in:
suspension,
restriction,
permanent termination of access.
3. SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM
3.1. The Platform may allow:
online consultations,
video consultations,
audio consultations,
text consultations,
second medical opinions,
educational consultations,
preventive consultations,
wellness consultations,
remote monitoring,
appointment booking.
3.2. The Doctor independently determines:
consultation availability,
specialization,
pricing (unless fixed by Platform rules),
consultation duration,
medical recommendations.
3.3. The Doctor agrees not to provide services prohibited under applicable laws.
3.4. The Doctor understands that telemedicine may have legal limitations in certain jurisdictions.
4. DOCTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1. The Doctor agrees to:
act professionally and ethically;
provide accurate information;
maintain patient confidentiality;
comply with medical ethics standards;
avoid misleading claims;
avoid discrimination;
avoid abusive or offensive conduct.
4.2. The Doctor shall not:
impersonate another specialist;
provide false qualifications;
prescribe prohibited substances illegally;
transfer patient data outside the Platform without lawful basis;
redirect patients to external platforms for circumvention of Platform commissions;
collect personal payment outside the Platform where prohibited by Platform policy.
4.3. The Doctor bears full responsibility for:
medical conclusions,
recommendations,
prescriptions,
diagnosis-related statements,
compliance with local medical laws.
5. PLATFORM RIGHTS
5.1. RaqiMed may:
verify Doctor credentials;
moderate profiles;
suspend accounts;
remove content;
investigate complaints;
request additional verification.
5.2. The Platform may temporarily restrict access for:
patient complaints,
suspicious activity,
legal compliance,
quality control,
regulatory requests.
5.3. RaqiMed reserves the right to remove Doctors whose activities may:
damage Platform reputation;
violate laws;
threaten patient safety.
6. PAYMENTS AND COMMISSIONS
6.1. Patients may pay through the Platform.
6.2. The Platform may deduct:
marketplace commissions,
payment processing fees,
taxes where applicable.
6.3. The remaining balance shall be transferred to the Doctor according to Platform payout schedules.
6.4. The Doctor independently bears responsibility for:
taxes,
declarations,
banking compliance,
currency regulations,
reporting obligations in their country.
6.5. For Doctors residing in the Russian Federation, the Doctor independently ensures compliance with:
Russian tax legislation,

self-employment or business registration requirements where applicable.
7. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
7.1. The Platform does not guarantee:
medical outcomes,
treatment effectiveness,
diagnostic accuracy,
patient compliance.
7.2. Medical responsibility remains solely with the Doctor.
7.3. RaqiMed does not interfere in medical decision-making.
7.4. The Doctor acknowledges that certain consultations may require mandatory in-person examination under applicable law.
8. DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY
8.1. The Doctor agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of:
patient information,
medical records,
personal data,
consultation content.
8.2. The Doctor agrees to comply with:
applicable privacy laws,
GDPR principles where applicable,
medical confidentiality obligations,
local healthcare data regulations.
8.3. The Platform may process personal data for:
platform operations,
scheduling,
support,
quality assurance,
legal compliance,
fraud prevention.
8.4. Consultation records may be stored for:
dispute resolution,
compliance,
quality control,
legal obligations.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1. All rights related to the Platform belong to RaqiMed.
9.2. The Doctor may not:
copy Platform software,
reverse engineer systems,
misuse trademarks,
reproduce Platform materials without authorization.
9.3. The Doctor grants the Platform the right to display:
profile information,
professional biography,
qualifications,
profile photos,
for marketplace functionality and promotion.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaqiMed shall not be liable for:
medical malpractice,
clinical decisions,
treatment outcomes,
patient injuries,
indirect damages,
lost profits,
regulatory violations committed by the Doctor.
10.2. The Doctor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RaqiMed against claims arising from:
unlawful medical practice,
negligence,
regulatory violations,
false credentials,
breach of this Agreement.
11. TERM AND TERMINATION
11.1. This Agreement becomes effective upon registration on the Platform.
11.2. Either party may terminate cooperation at any time.
11.3. The Platform may immediately terminate access in case of:
fraud,
illegal activity,
patient safety concerns,
repeated complaints,
violation of these Terms.
11.4. Certain obligations survive termination, including:
confidentiality,
liability provisions,
payment obligations,
dispute resolution.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
12.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan unless mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply.
12.2. The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiations.
12.3. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to competent courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
13. INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE
13.1. The Doctor understands that patients may reside in multiple jurisdictions.
13.2. The Doctor independently ensures legal eligibility to provide cross-border consultations where applicable.
13.3. The Platform does not guarantee legality of telemedicine in every country or region.
14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering on RaqiMed, the Doctor confirms that:
they have read these Terms and Conditions;
they understand them;
they agree to be legally bound by them.
